CoD Black Ops 4 Review
As far as I know, Black Ops 4 was the only multiplayer-focused CoD game out until then. The reason for this choice was probably because the successive story modes were getting boring and games such as PUBG and Fortnite were very popular at the time they were released. Although I was very upset at first when I learned that it would only focus on multiplayer, it actually turned out to be a good game. It also managed to attract a lot of players by bringing back the most popular zombie mode. In this article, we will examine the three different modes in the game separately.
- Zombie mode is more fun than ever
- Blackout is a good battle royale that came out before Warzone
- Zombie storyline is hard to follow
- No single-player modes
Zombie
The Zombie mode first appeared in the World at War game. Since the first day it was released, it has been a mod that has been constantly improving itself and added to almost all the games that have been released since it has won the appreciation of all players. This time, it comes with more maps and more customization options than ever before. But that doesn't change the fact that it's perhaps the hardest zombie mod we've ever seen. I can say that the Rush mode, which was added for the first time in this game, increases the killing of zombies quickly and increases the multiplier of your score, which is a new challenge. I think no one will find me strange if I say that this new mode is a completely unique experience.
Of course, the reason why the zombie mode is so enjoyable and appreciated this time is not luck. It emerged as a result of a team effort that iterated and improved upon the same formula. Treyarch, the game's producer company, adds a zombie mode to every CoD game it makes, and I'm sure they want the players to love it this time. As a result, both a single-player training mode and a rich customization feature have been added. I can say that even the zombie mode of the game should definitely be tried by its fans, even once.
Multiplayer
Neither zombie nor battle royale modes are good enough for me. None of them makes me happier than COD's multiplayer mode. Even though the biggest reason I buy CoD games is that the story mode draws me in, I also really want to play 1000 hours of multiplayer mode inside. This time, this mode returns with a much more tactical touch. Removing auto-health regen in a mod could perhaps be a very solid innovation for this game. Yes, this situation puts you in a very difficult situation in an extremely fast game like CoD. It looks like the COD has changed its formula a bit. For the first time, I can say that I played a serious tactical game while playing in multiplayer mode. Almost every weapon class offers you different gameplay. However, these innovations were not enough, in my opinion. Since the maps are not very beautiful, after playing on the same map a few times, you get bored of that map in general. Unfortunately, there is no terminal map...
Blackout
This mod is definitely not suitable for everyone. Although there are many lovers, I am sure there are also those who do not like it that much. Unfortunately, I was among those who disliked it. Despite being the most important add-on and the most important mode of the game, it is unable to entice me. This mode is now a battle royale mode that we hear about and see all the time. The biggest reason why this mod does not draw me in is that after looting for 1 hour, you die with a sniper bullet.
I can't remember if I've played a first-person battle royale game before. I think I experienced it here for the first time. Actually, I was glad that it was different from the basic battle royale formula. Even if I don't like it, I can say that this formula, when combined with CoD's equipment and dynamic arcade gameplay, does not result in a bad result. The biggest benefit of this mode is perhaps the release of a very popular and legendary game like Warzone. I'm sure they decided to make Warzone after the blackout mode came out and learned from their mistakes and came up with a much better battle royale game.
